Max-Air shocks pair a conventional hydraulic damper with an inflatable air sleeve, so you can bring a sagging rear end back to level whenever the bed is loaded or a trailer is hitched.
- Inflates from about 20 psi up to 150 psi to restore ride height under load
- Helps carry up to roughly 1,200 lb of added weight, within the limits of the vehicle’s own suspension, tires and drivetrain
- Hardened, precision-ground 1/2-inch piston rod and sintered iron piston for long service life
- Twin-tube design with valving that works on both compression and rebound for a smooth ride
- All-weather fluid keeps damping consistent in heat and cold
