Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $9.95.

Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping
How shipping works
- We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders to Canada ship for a flat $19.90.
- You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from My Account → Orders.
- Large or heavy items (for example batteries, wheels, roof boxes or jacks) may ship separately and can take a few extra days.
- Some products, such as automotive batteries and certain fluids, have carrier restrictions for some addresses; if that affects your order we will contact you before it ships.
Returns
How to return an item
- Email businessdevelopment@lastinggainauto.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
- Pack the item unused, with all tags, accessories and original packaging.
- Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Not returnable: used or installed parts, electrical parts that have been connected, opened fluids, chemicals and adhesives, and items marked final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
