This hydraulic flaring set lets you make clean, repeatable flares right on the vehicle. A compact hand-pumped hydraulic ram does the forming work, so even annealed stainless line can be flared without wrestling a bench vise.
- Hydraulic yoke-and-pump assembly forms flares with minimal hand effort, on or off the vehicle
- Dies and adapters for 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 in. tubing
- Makes 45-degree single and double flares, push-connect and fuel-line flares, plus metric bubble flares (4.75, 6, 8 and 10 mm)
- Works with annealed stainless, terne-plate steel, soft copper and soft aluminum tubing
- Stabilizing arm and magnetic adapter holder keep the tube and dies aligned
- Every die and adapter has its own spot in a fitted, custom-molded case
